The jack-type iron table hydraulic PLC control experimental bench is based on the syllabus requirements for gas, electricity and hydraulic control of the mechatronics integration of colleges and universities. The advantages of PLC-controlled experimental equipment, adopts an open comprehensive experimental bench structure, extensively solicited the opinions of experts and professors and teachers, and was developed through continuous innovation and improvement.
The liquid experimental elements are made of transparent organic materials, which is transparent and intuitive. It is easy to understand the structure, performance and application of dozens of commonly used hydraulic components. Master the working process and principles of dozens of basic experimental circuits. During the experiment, assembling the experimental circuit is fast and convenient. At the same time, it is equipped with an independent relay control unit for electrical control, which is simple and practical. By comparing with PLC, you can deepen your understanding and mastery of PLC programmable controllers.

Third, characteristics

The experimental system adopts a "two-in-one" double-sided structure, that is, an experimental table can be used for two groups of four students to conduct comprehensive hydraulic experiments on both sides, to optimize shared resources and improve the price-performance ratio of the product. The overall structure is simple and practical. The experimental bench uses aluminum alloy and high-density board materials. Beautiful and elegant, sturdy and durable, easy to operate. The basic configuration is: 1 set of hydraulic experimental components, 1 set of hydraulic experimental PLC electrical control system; 1 set of hydraulic experimental relay control module; 1 set of hydraulic experimental pump station. (The computer is configured separately according to school requirements).
