I. Overview The YQPC-T hydraulic and pneumatic PLC integrated control laboratory is based on the syllabus of gas, electricity and hydraulic control of mechanical and electrical integration of colleges and universities, based on our company's patented product YY-18 transparent hydraulic transmission demonstration system. It combines the advantages of our company's pneumatic PLC and hydraulic PLC control experimental equipment, and adopts an open comprehensive experimental bench structure. It has been extensively sought for opinions from experts, professors and teachers, and has been developed through continuous innovation and improvement. It is an ideal comprehensive experimental equipment that currently integrates pneumatic control technology, hydraulic transmission control technology and PLC programmable controller control technology. During the experiment, they can complement each other and cross-control. It allows students to intuitively and intuitively compare and understand the characteristics, features, advantages and disadvantages of Qi, electricity and fluid.
The hydraulic experimental elements are made of transparent organic materials, which is transparent and intuitive. It is easy to understand the structure, performance and application of dozens of commonly used hydraulic components. Master the working process and principles of dozens of basic experimental circuits. During the experiment, assembling the experimental circuit is fast and convenient.
Pneumatic experiment and hydraulic experiment electrical main control unit is equipped with 2 sets of PLC programmable controller control, which can communicate with PC microcomputer to realize microcomputer intelligent control. At the same time, with the pneumatic and hydraulic circuits as control objects, the learning and application of PLC programmable controllers are strengthened.

The basic structure and composition of YQPC-T
YQPC-T hydraulic and pneumatic PLC control experimental bench is carefully designed with humanization in consideration of reliability, advancedness, maturity, ease of use, safety guarantee and manageability.
YQPC-T hydraulic and pneumatic PLC control experimental bench (pneumatic part) is divided into pneumatic component and circuit installation area, electrical control module installation area, component storage cabinet.
The hydraulic surface mainly includes: trapezoidal double fa?ade experimental bench, transparent hydraulic components (more than 20 types), electrical control modules, experimental pump stations, component fixed configuration boards, desktop drip tanks, component disassembly oil pans, tools, and accessories.
The aerodynamic surface mainly includes: trapezoidal double fa?ade experimental bench, iron experimental table, pneumatic components (more than 20 types), electrical control modules (5), air compressors, component fixed configuration boards, tools and accessories, etc.
This experimental equipment adopts a multifunctional integrated steel table structure, which is welded as a whole, with a plastic sprayed surface, which is sturdy and durable. The steel table adopts a double-sided symmetrical structure and is designed with a component storage cabinet, a tool drawer, an air pump rack, and a computer rack. A computer keyboard drawer can be attached. The experimental bench adopts a trapezoidal double-elevation structure with a pneumatic component circuit installation area and an electrical control module installation area. The free combination of space and function is reasonably realized. It can implement different configurations for different customer needs, and provides a platform for future upgrades and expansions.
