I. Overview

The hydraulic and pneumatic PLC comprehensive control experimental bench for the aluminum trough iron table project is based on the syllabus requirements for gas, electricity and hydraulic control of the mechatronics of universities and colleges, based on our company's patented product YY-18 transparent hydraulic transmission demonstration system. It adopts an open comprehensive experimental bench structure, which is widely consulted by experts, professors and teachers, and has been developed through continuous innovation and improvement. During the experiment, students can make intuitive and perceptual comparisons and understand the characteristics, features, advantages and disadvantages of electricity and fluid. Cultivate students' practical ability, design ability, comprehensive application ability and innovation ability.

The hydraulic experimental components are mainly Beijing Huade Hydraulics and Tianjin Tianer Hydraulics. It is easy to understand the structure, performance and application of dozens of commonly used hydraulic components. Master the working process and principles of dozens of basic experimental circuits. During the experiment, assembling the experimental circuit is fast and convenient. At the same time, it is equipped with an independent relay control unit for electrical control, which is simple and practical.

Features

1. This experimental bench uses a steel spray plastic experimental table and a highly wear-resistant table board. The whole experimental bench has a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance.

2. The test bench uses standard industrial hydraulic components, and each hydraulic component adopts well-known industrial hydraulic products such as Beijing Huade, Tianjin Tianer, Keyuda and so on. It is installed horizontally through the transition base plate of aluminum alloy components, which is safe and reliable to use and is close to industrialization.

3. The experimental special "T" aluminum alloy slot plate and "T" special nut are used for installation and fixing. The hydraulic components can be positioned and installed at will in the aluminum alloy slot plate, which is especially suitable for the assembly and disassembly of the hydraulic circuit of industrial hydraulic components. experiment. There is an oil tank under the "T" aluminum alloy tank plate. If students have oil spill during the experiment, it will flow directly to the oil tank without contaminating the experimental bench, ensuring the cleanness of the experimental process.

4. Strong adaptability: It can meet the experimental teaching of corresponding courses of various institutions. The depth and breadth of the experiment can be flexibly adjusted and organically combined according to the teaching process. The hydraulic components can be added to enhance the experiment according to the different experiments of the college. The test bench function is compatible with new industrial hydraulic components.

5. Strong intuitiveness: This experimental bench uses high-pressure nylon tubes. Compared with general industrial high-pressure oil hoses, the company's high-pressure nylon tubes are white translucent, so that the system works clearly and it is easy for students to observe the oil during the experiment. The direction of flow, to better understand what the experiment has learned. In addition, the high-pressure oil hose has a standard length and cannot be cut and connected according to the required length. The diameter of the oil hose is larger than the thick bend radius. The high-pressure nylon tube has a small diameter and is easy to bend, and the length can be freely controlled.

6. Good sealing performance: The quick-locking joint developed by our company is designed and manufactured. This joint is designed and produced in accordance with the standard of universal joints. It uses threaded connection to clamp the oil pipe. Compared with the universal joint, it has a beautiful structure, simple operation, large clamping force, good connection performance, good sealing performance, and can withstand large pressures, does not leak oil, and works stably. If the user adds other hydraulic components to the experimental equipment, it can be used. It is suitable for students to do performance and principle structure experiments.

7. Excellent oil supply system: special industrial hydraulic experimental pump station is adopted, and the motor speed control system has a safe speed limit function, which can limit the maximum output speed. And it is equipped with an oil circuit pressure setting function, which can set the safe working pressure of the output pressure oil. The pump station is equipped with multiple channels of pressure oil output and oil return, which can simultaneously supply oil and return oil to the multiple hydraulic circuits. And adopt the lock type quick connector to facilitate the quick connection or closing of the oil circuit.

8. The surface of the component fixing board is printed, which corresponds to the components one-on-one, so that students can understand all the components of the experimental table and quickly find the required components.

9. The aluminum alloy transition base plate of the components adopts the marking technology. The component names and the letters representing the oil ports are carved directly on the aluminum alloy surface, so that students can assemble the experimental circuit faster and better. This set of experimental equipment can be used to independently perform the corresponding basic circuit of hydraulic control and its application experiments. At the same time, it can also comprehensively perform mutually compatible experiments: such as to achieve electro-hydraulic control. This test bench has high safety and practicality. One experimental table can be used for multiple students to conduct comprehensive hydraulic experiments, optimize shared resources, and improve the performance-price ratio of products. (2) Relay control unit

The relay control unit has two sets of functions with the same function and independent control signals to control the corresponding solenoid valve groups. Each group of control circuits has reversing 1, reversing 2, and stop buttons; left and right normally open pneumatic input signal jacks, left and right normally closed stop input signal jacks; and controls the corresponding solenoid valve group output 1, output 2, respectively.

When using the relay unit, you only need to connect the DC power supply, input and output to the corresponding position, and then you can perform the control operation (make sure the line connection is correct). And a relay contact conversion module is attached to expand the contact switch signal.

(3) Relay contact conversion module

The relay contact conversion module has six groups of independent relay contact conversion control circuits with the same functions.

Use the test button of each group as the master button, and provide two normally open start signals and two normally closed signals to the relay control module at the same time. Use the input jacks of each group to convert and expand the contact switch signals. And can input three-wire sensor signal (positive power, negative power, signal).

(4) PLC control module

The PLC control module mainly includes a PLC central control module, a PLC electrical input module, and a PLC electrical output module.

Our company uses Japan's Mitsubishi FX1s-14MR type programmable controller and has designed a universal PLC control program. It has three groups of functional circuits. The control of the PLC electrical input unit is divided into three independent control sections: control group one, control group two, and extended control. Corresponding control outputs: solenoid valve group 1, solenoid valve group 2 and solenoid valve group 3. The PLC electrical output unit consists of two parts and is powered by a DC voltage unit (DC 24V). When using, connect the parts by connecting cables.

Five, basic configuration

In order to facilitate the management of experimental equipment. This product is equipped with three component fixed configuration boards. Each component fixed configuration board is designed with component position outline and component name. Use a screw cap to lock each component during transportation, and usually use screws as component positioning pins to prevent plane movement.
