JGXT-1 distillation column experimental device

The experimental device of the extraction column can understand the basic structure of the plate column, the flow of the rectification equipment and the role of each part, and observe the hydraulic condition of the tray when the rectification column is working. Learn to identify several operating conditions that occur in the distillation column and analyze the impact of these operating conditions on the performance of the column.

Experimental device function of distillation column:
1. Measure the number of theoretical plates, total plate efficiency and single plate efficiency of the whole column after stable operation under full reflux conditions.
2. Determine the number of theoretical plates, total plate efficiency and single plate efficiency of the whole column after stable operation at a certain reflux ratio.
3. Change the operating conditions to determine the stabilization time of the rectification tower and the temperature distribution within the tower.
4. Learn how to measure the performance parameters of the distillation column and master its influencing factors.
5. Learn to identify several operating conditions in the distillation column and analyze the impact of these operating conditions on the performance of the column.
6. Understand the basic structure of the plate column, the process of the distillation equipment and the role of each part, and observe the hydraulic condition of the tray when the distillation column is working.

The pipelines, valves and storage tanks of the experimental device are all made of stainless steel 304, which is beautiful in appearance, easy to operate, and has a safety alarm function.

Water: The device needs cooling water and has its own connection to the water pipe. Tap water enters the condenser at the top of the tower through the device interface and the rotor flow meter and is discharged.

Electricity: voltage AC220V, power 2KW, standard single-phase three-wire system. Each laboratory needs to be equipped with 1-2 ground points (safety ground and signal ground).
