Product introduction

This series of training combined elevator models is designed to meet the training requirements of electrical and industrial automation professionals in universities. As a control object model, a combined structure is adopted, which has the advantages of practical functions and reliable performance. It can meet the control needs of different PLC controllers, single-chip microcomputer control systems, and ARM control systems.
Practical combination elevator model With powerful combination function, the elevator mechanism and hardware circuit can be freely combined into elevator control objects with 2-7 floors. Moreover, two elevators are combined into a double elevator and a group-controlled elevator with more than three. Let students have a learning and training process from simple to complex. And meet the software programming control requirements of college teachers and students. As a control object, this elevator model provides standard wiring ports, and students can explore experiments freely as shown in the figure. The basic input points of the hardware of the practical training combined elevator model can reach 24 points, and the basic output points can reach 30 points. Provides a broad space for programming the logical correspondence between input points and output points. The positioning of the car uses the integrated photoelectric code disc technology, which has accurate positioning, simple structure and strong principle.
Practical combination elevator model No matter from circuit to mechanism, from hardware to software, it adopts simple design concept and practical and reliable principle.

This series of training combination elevator model has seven floors. With different controllers, basic functions such as automatic leveling of the elevator, automatic door opening and closing, and forward and backward response to call signals from inside and outside the car can be realized. It uses a DC geared motor to drag the car and switch the car door. And it has limit in place protection hardware circuit to prevent the program error from damaging the motor and its mechanism. And adjust the speed of the DC motor to meet the needs of different control systems.

Third, the product use method : check the entire elevator, whether the cable is plugged in, there is a wireless circuit disconnected, whether the PLC is in the RUN state, and then connect the power supply, so that the elevator access to 220V mains. The model is in the standby state and the air switch is activated. At this time, the PLC is powered on and the control panel in the car will display the floor number where the elevator is located. Press the inner call or outer call button of the model selection layer, the elevator model will operate normally according to the inner and outer call button instructions.

Select the floor call button, select the corresponding floor from the first floor to the seventh floor, and the model elevator will follow the instructions to arrive, stop, open and close the corresponding floor. If you choose the floor call of the car, the elevator will also run according to the instructions, and in the case of stopping, you can control the door opening and closing.

The model elevator can run automatically. The control method is: in the case of the first floor, press the door open and close buttons at the same time, the automatic operation will be started at this time, the operation mode is from the first floor to the seventh floor and then from the seventh floor. Go to the bottom floor and repeat the cycle. If you want to stop the automatic operation, you can press the door open and close buttons at the same time again, and the elevator will stop after this cycle is completed.

At the lowest level of the elevator, a first-floor positioning switch (or floor reset switch) that can adjust any height is set. The user can adjust the height of this slider to select the position of the first floor, which is adjustable.  

Product control  

( 1 ) Elevator control requirements

1. The elevator can be started and controlled at any floor.

2. When an external call signal arrives, the car responds to the call signal. When it reaches the floor, the car stops running, the car door opens, and the door closes automatically after a delay. • When an internal call signal arrives, the car responds to the call team signal. When it reaches the floor, the car stops running, the car door opens, and the door closes automatically after a delay.

• The elevator follows logical rules. If the elevator runs upwards, it will first stop at any floor and then execute all the upward instructions before executing the downwards. Similarly, if the elevator runs downwards, it will first After all the downward call instructions have been executed, the upward ones will be executed after completion. If the elevator stops at a certain floor and there are neither upward instructions nor downward instructions, the system will eliminate all instructions and wait for new instructions to enter.
• The elevator should have the function of responding to the farthest outbound call. For example, if the elevator car is on the first floor, and there are two floors calling downwards, three floors calling downwards, and four floors calling downwards, the elevator car goes to the fourth floor to respond to the four floors downward. Call signal.

• When the elevator is not leveling or running, the door open button and door close button are not effective. After leveling and the elevator car stops running, press the door open button to open the car door and press the door close button to close the car door.

Product precautions
Please read the precautions carefully before operating this teaching elevator. Please strictly follow the instructions to avoid unnecessary losses.

(1) Do not provide an input voltage higher than the rated voltage to avoid damaging the device. This product has been connected to the line before leaving the factory, and has been adjusted to pass the test. It only needs to provide 220V power supply when using it. In principle, users are better not to disconnect the wires at will. If you really need to disconnect the line, pay attention to the working voltage of each device; PLC input uses DC24V power for each switching value; PLC output uses DC12V power.

(2) When the user uses the elevator to develop an application program demonstration by himself, the user should first be familiar with the structure of the elevator, the electrical control principle, the actual connection of the line, and the action relationship of each device. Then self-programming and debugging (should be instructed by a teacher or elevator professional familiar with the principle of elevator operation), it is recommended that the user first modify the individual link program debugging step by step based on the original elevator program, and then debug the whole program by himself after successful debugging.

(3) This teaching elevator has almost the basic structure and functions of a real elevator. Beginners must experiment and debug under the guidance of professional teachers.

(4) This elevator has self-running function. The specific operation is as follows: first level the elevator on the first floor to ensure that there are no other call signals and that all switches on the chassis are in a normal state, press the door open and close buttons, and the elevator will automatically run back and forth between the first and seventh floors. To stop it, press the door close and open button again.
