The 2DT4-FPX-X C60 transparent simulation teaching double elevator model is developed on the basis of a single transparent simulation teaching elevator model through secondary research. In terms of appearance size, it is actually two single transparent simulation teaching elevator models; the main difference is that the programming and actual function implementation are different, that is, the control lines of two single elevators are connected in parallel for logical control and outside the common floor. The call button, the operating characteristics of the double elevator is to use the nearest principle. (That is, suppose the car of one elevator is on the fourth floor and the other is on the third floor. At this time, if there is a call signal on the first floor, the elevator on the third floor responds to the call signal, and the fourth floor does not respond).

This elevator is based on the most common lift elevator structure, made of transparent organic materials, its structure is exactly the same as the actual elevator, and it has almost all the functions of an actual elevator.

The electrical control system of the elevator adopts a programmable controller (PLC) to implement logical intelligent control and an AC variable frequency speed regulation (VVVF) drive. The composition and function of the hardware structure are exactly the same as the actual elevator. It has the functions of automatic leveling, automatic door opening and closing, forward response to call signals inside and outside the car, direct drive, elevator safe operation protection, and emergency stop, slow up, slow down, lighting, fans and other functions. And it has the characteristics of reliable performance, stable operation, simple operation, low energy consumption and easy teaching.

Second, the basic structure of the elevator:

1. Machine room part: including traction machine, speed limiter and electromagnetic brake;

2. Control cabinet: main power supply, control power supply, PLC programmable controller, inverter, wiring board and other equipment;

3. Well section: including guide rail, counterweight device, buffer, speed limiter wire rope tensioning device, limit switch, leveling sensor, accompanying cable, etc

Third, the basic functions of the elevator

A. Overspeed safety protection system

When the elevator has an accident, the car is overspeeding or falling down at high speed (such as the broken wire rope, the car roof pulley is disengaged, the worm gear and worm gear of the traction machine fail, and the motor descends at too high speed). At this time, the speed limiter will be braked urgently, and the safety gear will be driven by the safety cable and connecting rod mechanism, so that the car will be stuck on the guide rail without falling.

B. Spring buffer device for car and counterweight

The buffer is a safety device at the extreme position of the elevator. When the elevator causes the car or counterweight to squat or punch (the limit switch protection fails), the car or counterweight hits the spring buffer, and the buffer absorbs the elevator energy , So that the car or counterweight safely decelerates until it stops.

C. Door safety touch panel protection device

On the edge of the car door, there is a movable safety touch panel. When the door is in the process of closing, when the safety touch panel is in contact with passengers or obstacles, through the link connected to the safety touch panel, the micro switch installed on the car door is touched to make the door reopen and avoid accidents. .

D. Door machine torque safety protection device

The door machine closes the car door and the hall door with a certain torque. When an object or a person is caught in the door, the closing torque is increased, so the car door and the hall door are automatically reopened by the connected travel switch, thereby avoiding an accident.

E. Hall door automatic closing device

The opening and closing of the elevator floor door is realized by a door blade mounted on the car door. Each door is fitted with a lock. After the landing door is closed, the mechanical lock hook of the door lock is engaged, and the elevator can start running at this time.

F. Terminal limit switch safety protection system

Terminal limit switches are installed on the top and bottom of the elevator shaft. When the elevator is out of control due to a failure and the car has a top or bottom squat, the terminal limit switch will act, issue an alarm signal and cut off the control circuit to stop the car.
