Combined experimental platform for innovative design analysis of mechanism movement

Institutional movement innovation design and analysis combined experimental platform is a new type of comprehensive experimental platform specially developed for undergraduate and junior college students to carry out innovative design of institutional movement system solutions, and cultivate students' comprehensive ability, innovation ability and practical ability. The experimental bench is exquisite in design, high in component size accuracy, stable in structure, and reliable in movement of the mechanism, enabling students to complete the experimental process of innovative design of the mechanism motion scheme, assembly of the mechanism, and analysis of the parameters of the mechanism motion. The experimental system is equipped with the mechanism motion simulation software developed by our company, which can display the laws of various mechanisms. I. Functions and Features:

The test bench consists of the basic components such as platform, frame, motor, transmission parts, rod, clearance wheel, gear, rack, ratchet, groove wheel, cam and so on.

The rack height and rod length of the test bench can be adjusted. The parts used for the assembly mechanism have good versatility, few types, and modular design, which improves the assembly efficiency of the mechanism scheme and facilitates the student's experimental operation and teacher's management of the test bench.

3. More than 40 kinds of motion schemes of plane mechanism can be assembled on this experimental platform.

4. The experiment platform is equipped with 40 kinds of virtual mechanism motion simulation software, which is convenient for students to assemble physical motion.
