This device integrates a programmable controller and a single-chip microcomputer. Unit hanging box, combined design, reasonable structure and complete functions, saving experimental space. In addition to supporting special programming software and experimental programs, the programmable controller is also equipped with MCGS configuration software and experimental programs. The basic instruction of PLC can be practiced intuitively on this device, simulation experiments and real-world experiments of multiple PLC practical applications, and all experiments are configured with bar graph experiment programs for dynamic tracking. Product structure characteristics:
1. Experimental table: one table has two seats, the main structure is plastic-steel-wood structure, the main material is melamine double-sided veneer, and the desktop board is 25mm density board. The imported fireproof board is pressed outside (made into duckbill edge). Its section adopts PVC edge banding with high temperature hot melt adhesive edge banding. The operation table is provided with two drawers for convenient storage of wires, practical instructions, etc., and a unit board storage cabinet is provided below the operation table for convenient storage of experimental unit boards.
2. Experimental screen: plastic sprayed steel structure, fixed on the operating table, the power control panel is designed below the experimental screen; the upper left side is designed as a window guide, and the experimental unit modules can be freely moved, combined, and loaded on the guide rail, and the upper right is designed as Programmer template for easy plugging. The experimental screen is beautiful in appearance, strong and sturdy, rust-proof, dirt-resistant, and easy to operate.
3. Power control panel: A circuit breaker with a leakage protector is installed on the power console panel, so that in an emergency, the circuit breaker trips. After the fault is removed, the leakage button is reset and can be reused.
4. Unit board: ABS plastic is used for one-shot injection molding. The front side is printed with colored analog graphics on a light blue background. It is equipped with sockets, switches and indicators. The back box can be equipped with circuit boards and components.
5. Experimental Leads: All connector cables use safety-type stacking plugs, which provides extremely high security for student experiments.
6. The experiment platform adopts three-phase five-wire power supply to provide safe and reliable power for the experiment. Therefore, the equipment can be upgraded for frequency conversion speed regulation and motor experiments in the future.
