Our company has carefully designed and launched: JG-235A optical-mechatronics high-speed sorting training system. Hereinafter referred to as: JG-235A high-speed sorting system (or JG-235A). It realizes the sensing detection, transmission processing, intelligent control, and execution drive of the production line. It involves the basic professional knowledge and basic electromechanical skills requirements of mechatronics majors such as mechanical technology, microelectronics technology, electrical and electronic technology, sensor testing technology, interface technology, information conversion technology, and network communication technology.

This system is equipped with three basic working mechanism units of feeding, manipulator handling and material sorting on the aluminum alloy rail-type training platform to form a typical automatic production line mechanical platform. The system mechanism uses cylinder drive, inverter speed control drive and DC motor drive. The control method of the system adopts PLC and touch screen control technology. It adopts a modular combination structure, each working unit is a relatively independent module, and adopts a standard structure and a drawer module, which has strong interchangeability. A, JG-235A high-speed sorting system manipulator mechanism has hardware protection function

The JG-235A opto-electromechanical integration high-speed sorting training system robot arm has hardware protection circuits. The movement of the manipulator must be performed according to a certain logic program. When the student program is wrong or the control fails, it will cause mechanical failure and damage the mechanical structure. To this end, the system has designed a hardware protection circuit for the manipulator mechanism. It can judge the position signal of the manipulator and the output signal of the PLC. If the action signal matches the logic function, the manipulator responds to the action signal, otherwise it does not move, so as to achieve the protection of mechanical cooperation. Effectively prevent accidents. So that students can rest assured to write programs, so that teachers' teaching reduces stress. At the same time, the reliability of the entire system is enhanced.
